When you are in the desert of the Jordan valley and it is 40 degree celsius, the last refreshment you are expecting is hot tea. However, I highly recommend you try it if you ever have a chance to go to Jordan. There is something about the temperature of the drink matching the temperature of the room which actually makes you feel cooler.
