Ratan galore
On this raining winter day in London, I am day-dreaming of spring and picnic in the park. The picnic culture is huge in the UK. It feels like people are so used to the grim weather that at the first ray of sunshine the entire London meets at the park for a food feast! England – 2011

Desert adventure
If you are visiting Jordan, a desert safari in Wadi Rum is a must! The place looks like Mars, all the guides live there and are genuine Bedouins. A real adventure! Wadi Rum – 2012

People watching
When in New York go for brunch at The Spotted Pig. The restaurant is old school and cosy. The burgers are to die for, and I am obsessed with their shoestring fries and everything else on the menu! NYC – 2012

Details
Sometime everything is in the details… I took this picture at the V&A in London. If you are visiting, I highly recommend grabbing a cuppa and a slice of cake in the most beautiful museum cafe you may ever come across. London – 2011

Commute
Sometime there is something very poetic about your daily commute. A shadow, a building, a silhouette,… It makes you forget for a few seconds that it is 7:45am and rainy. London – 2011

Blue door
Paraty is one of the most beautiful towns I have ever visited. The Portuguese heritage has been amazingly preserved and you could even forgot that you are in Brazil. All the houses in the city centre are white with bright-coloured doors and windows. A dream for photographers. Paraty – 2013

The hydrangea houses
I took this picture when we stayed in the Saint Austell area for my cousin’s wedding which took place at The Vean. I highly recommend this venue if you are considering getting married in Cornwall, the staff is lovely, the venue beautiful and the area truly charming! Cornwall – 2012

The ochre palace
There is a reason why Petra is considered one of the most beautiful place on earth. You get from the buzz of the town, into the canyons, and end up facing this beauty… You can hear every single person arriving whispering a “wow”, quite magical… Petra – 2012
