French cuisine does strong flavours (garlic, cinnamon, herbs, etc) but we don’t do ‘hot’ spices! Hence why we turn bright red and start tearing up when eating spicy food. 🙂 The ‘spiciest’ we can stand is Dijon mustard. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
