I am French so my tolerance for spices is close to zero. I like the look of them though!

I had not realised that the French do not use spices ?

French cuisine does strong flavours (garlic, cinnamon, herbs, etc) but we don’t do ‘hot’ spices! Hence why we turn bright red and start tearing up when eating spicy food. ๐ The ‘spiciest’ we can stand is Dijon mustard.
